Keeping it Comfortable

Yoga is a universal practice that is made for all individuals. With my background in one-on-one medical care, I understand the personal limitations that can deter people from entering a studio or trying a full class. Allow me to teach you virtually or in the comfort of your own backyard to give you the knowledge and tools you need to practice independently or to join a group class when comfortable. I offer a judge free zone with a plethora of modifications or ideas to assist you in building the practice you wish to have.

One-on-one instruction available virtually, in your own home or backyard or public park space. Small groups up to 4 people are available with extra charge.
