Yoga is a universal practice that is made for all individuals. Being a mom of three with prenatal physical therapy experience, I can help provide prenatal and postnatal modifications or just support you trying to juggle motherhood! I also have basic trauma-informed yoga education and can hold space for the personal limitations that can deter people from entering a studio or trying a full class.
Allow me to teach you virtually, in the comfort of your own backyard or in the studio to give you the knowledge and tools you need to practice independently or to join a group class when comfortable.
